A: Yes. All Halora Collection products are certified halal and are vegan. We verify sourcing and formulation to ensure clean, ethical skincare that aligns with those values.
Q: How do I choose between the Lifting Serum and the Aqua Moisturizer?

Q: How should I layer the Lifting Serum and Aqua Moisturizer?
A: Cleanse your skin first. Apply the Lifting Serum (few drops), allow absorption, then follow with the Aqua Moisturizer to seal in hydration. Use twice daily for best results, or as tolerated.
Q: Do Halora products contain fragrance?
A: We do not use synthetic fragrance. Some products may include naturally derived essential oils (like lavender or geranium) for scent and botanical benefits. For those with fragrance sensitivity, the actives-only “Free From” section will help you identify tolerances.

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders typically process within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen shipping method.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Products should be unused and in their original packaging. Please contact us at help@purelabcare.com with your order number and issue.
Q: What if my order is damaged or incorrect?

These are shared across both our Lifting Serum and Aqua Moisturizer lines.
Q: What are “hero actives” and what can they do?
A: Hero actives are ingredients that deliver measurable results. For example, peptides for wrinkle reduction, ceramides for barrier repair, hyaluronic acid for hydration, niacinamide for brightening and barrier strength. We choose ingredients backed by science to deliver visible benefits.
